Field service

Restaurant equipment repair

Fryers, broilers, PHUs, ovens, and the rest of the commercial line — diagnosed and repaired on site so the kitchen can take tickets again.

What we handle

Scope is written up front. When the job is done you get notes, photos, and an invoice you can open online.

Fryers & broilers

Heat, ignition, recovery time, and the faults that take a station offline mid-rush.

  • Gas and electric fryers
  • Broilers and char units
  • Thermostats, igniters, and elements

PHUs & holding

Product holding units and warmers that drift off temp or stop holding product safely.

  • PHU diagnostics and repair
  • Warmers and holding cabinets
  • Sensors, fans, and controllers

Ovens, ranges & steamers

The rest of the line — when it will not heat, steam, or recover on time.

  • Convection and deck ovens
  • Ranges and griddles
  • Steamers and related line gear

Preventative visits

Scheduled service so the first sign of trouble is not a Saturday night ticket stack.

  • Inspection checklists
  • Wear-item replacement
  • Written findings after each visit

Multi-location work

Same process at every store: work order, photos, PO, invoice.

  • Per-location job records
  • PO numbers on invoices
  • Portal access for operators

Related on-site work

If the kitchen issue is actually power, exhaust, or a network drop for a controller, we can handle that too.

  • Commercial handyman support
  • Low-voltage and controls
  • Coordination with other trades

Questions

What equipment do you repair?+

Commercial fryers, broilers, product holding units (PHUs), griddles, ovens, steamers, ranges, and related cook-line and holding equipment. If you are unsure, send the make and model.

Do you carry parts?+

Common wear items are sourced as needed. If a part has to be ordered, we will tell you the lead time before we leave the site or before we schedule the return visit.

Can you do preventative maintenance?+

Yes. Scheduled checks on fryers, holding units, and other line equipment catch failures before a rush, and we leave a written record of what we inspected.

Will I get documentation after the visit?+

Every completed job includes notes and photos in your portal, plus an itemized invoice. PO numbers can be attached per location.
