Questions

Do you install new camera systems or only service existing ones?+

Both. New IP or analog plants, add-on cameras on a working NVR/DVR, and repair visits when a camera, cable, or recorder fails.

Can you work with our current NVR or DVR?+

Usually. We identify the recorder, check licenses and storage, and add or replace cameras that the system actually supports instead of forcing a rip-and-replace.

Do you run the cabling?+

Yes. PoE and analog runs, terminations, and cleanup in the closet so the next service call is not a hunt through unlabeled cable.

What if playback is missing or footage is looping?+

That is typically storage, recording schedule, or a failing drive. We check the recorder, retention, and camera health, then fix or replace what is actually broken.
